Reva Institute of
Technology and Management, Bangalore was started in the year 2004, under
the support of Rukumini Educational Charitable Trust as educational ventures of
Divyasree developers.
The College is associated to Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and is approved by All India Council for Technical
Education (AICTE), New Delhi.
The institute is stated to provide Global standard of
Technical and Management education creating a learning environment with world
class infrastructure and dedicated faculty to meet not only the academic goals
of the students, but also to meet the stringent demands of the industry.
The institute is ready with modern technology providing
state of the art facilities and complete care is taken to fulfill the desire of
each student. The college offers a three year Master of Computer Applications
program with an annual intake of 60 students.

Signal Processing illuminates and explores the path of
creativity in the field of signal processing. Digital Signal Processing is an
area of science and engineering concerned with the theoretical and practical
aspects of representing information bearing signal in digital form.
The program focuses on developing strong fundamentals and
concepts in the area of speech processing, video processing, medical imaging
etc. It gives an opportunity for the students to apply the acquired skills in
solving a practical problem in the field of medicine, defense, automobile,
environment etc.
Signal Processing is the trend in all emerging modern
technologies. Various fields such as Communication, Controls, Instrumentation,
Image Processing, and Bio-medical engineering look towards DSP for their
cohesive requirements. Signal processing algorithms made all the medical
related equipments so accurate in measuring and analyzing the results and made
the diagnosis easy. Digital Image and video processing is becoming increasingly
important with the rapid growth of multimedia technology. Advances in
integrated circuit technology have had a major impact on the technical areas to
which digital signal processing techniques and hardware are being applied.

The DSP Engineer will assist with the development and
documentation of cutting edge capabilities for our customers. Teams work
independently and together to design and implement complex signal processing
algorithms in C or C + +. Candidates should have educational or working
knowledge of a scripting language like Python or Matlab, Java – Object Oriented
Principals and navigating in a Linux environment.

Eligibility-
BE/ B. Tech in ME/AME/AE /ASE with a minimum of 45% (40 % in
case of SCs/STs) marks in aggregate, of any recognized university/ institution
or AMIE or any other qualification recognized as equivalent there
Admission Procedure-
- Students shall seek admission to M Tech (full-time & part-time), offered by REVA University through one of the following modes:
- Through PG-CET Cell of Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA)Directly from the REVA University.
- Those students who seek admissions directly from the University shall
- Those students who seek admissions directly from the University shall either have appeared PG-CET, GATE,any other equivalent Entrance Examination conducted by the authorities outside Karnataka State or, the Entrance Examination conducted by the REVA University (REVAUEE).
